The ASIS San Diego Chapter is proud to announce our annual SoCal Security Holiday Party, and this year, we're going all out — hosting it aboard the iconic USS Midway Museum in downtown San Diego.

This highly anticipated end-of-year celebration brings together security professionals, industry partners, and supporters from across Southern California for an evening of connection, recognition, and community. Whether you're a longtime chapter member, a new face in the field, or simply want to reconnect with peers, this event is a can't-miss tradition.

An Unforgettable Venue

There’s no better setting to wrap up the year than the USS Midway — one of San Diego’s most historic and striking waterfront landmarks. From the glowing city skyline to the towering flight deck, it offers the perfect backdrop for both formal recognition and casual celebration.

We'll have food, drinks, music, and space to celebrate everything our local security community has achieved in 2025. This event will have guests from all of the ASIS SoCal chapters, including Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and San Fernando Valley.

What to Expect

  • Networking with security professionals from all sectors — corporate, government, military, and private
  • Awards and recognition for those going above and beyond in our community
  • A night of celebration with dinner, drinks, and lively conversation
  • San Diego Orchestra (Swedish Choir) will perform St. Lucia Ceremony on the Flight Deck at 8:00 PM.
  • Exclusive access to the USS Midway after-hours — a special experience for attendees and guests alike
  • Bring a guest with you to the event. Each guest will need a ticket. Drink tickets are for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. 
  • Guests must be 18 and older to attend.

The Agenda:

  • 6 PM – guest arrives
  • 6 PM – Bars are open – 3 in the Hangar Bay and 1 on the flight deck, Cocktails, Beer, Wine, and non-alcoholic drinks
  • 6 PM – Midway Gift Shop is open from 6-9 PM for guests to purchase souvenirs
  • 6:30 PM - Apps and food are served. We will have a Slider Station and a Taco Station
  • 7 PM – Presentation of Colors by SDPD

    • Board Confirmations
    • Recognition of individuals
    • Wrap up around 7:30 to 7:45
  • 8 PM – Swedish Choir on the Flight Deck will perform the St. Lucia Ceremony
  • 8 PM – S'mores Dessert and Coffee available on the Flight Deck
  • 10 PM - CLosing time.

This is more than a party — it’s our opportunity to reflect on the year, honor our peers, and strengthen the connections that drive the local security industry forward.

After a year filled with training, panels, site tours, and community events, this holiday celebration is our moment to relax and recharge — together. Whether you’ve attended every chapter meeting or this would be your first, you are welcome, and we’d love to have you there.
