Read on for highlights and a look at what’s coming up next.
📸 Events Recap
April NextGen (Young Professionals) Happy Hour
We kicked off Q2 with a lively crowd at North Park Beer Co for our NextGen Happy Hour, generously sponsored by Motorola Solutions. This free event brought together early-career professionals and longtime members for relaxed networking, conversations about certification study groups, and a few well-earned drink tickets. Thanks to all who showed up and made it a great night!
Executive Protection Roundtable with ASIS OC
In late April, ASIS San Diego was proud to support ASIS Orange County’s Executive Protection Luncheon in Anaheim. The event featured a panel of protective services experts from across SoCal—including our very own:
- Elizabeth Esparza (Global Guardian)
- Tyler Burtis, CPP, CFCS (Burtis Investigations)
Thank you to ASIS OC and all the sponsors for the collaboration. We look forward to more cross-chapter events in the future.
Hospitality Security Panel & Happy Hour
On May 22nd, we hosted an exclusive panel at the Marriott Marquis San Diego focused on how leading hotels and venues are navigating modern threats. Guests toured the new Avigilon Alta system on site and stayed after for happy hour at Swing Social.
Special thanks to:
